Wi-Fi issues specific to certain rooms!!! Management's unavailability during emergencies creates unnecessary stress!!! The bar blocking practice for debts is uncomfortable and should be reconsidered!!!

The hotel is a hidden gem with beautiful
surroundings and clean facilities. The pools were well-maintained, and we enjoyed a relaxing atmosphere. While the nearby nightlife was vibrant, it did create some noise. Don't forget to check out the local mom-and-pop restaurant across the street!

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the pools were just the right temperature, which made for great relaxation. We enjoyed some snorkeling and zip-lining during our stay.
